I agree, that was a short video for a TeachMeet which was quite short so didn’t have long. When I talked at TLAB13 I went through a number of examples and included some in this diagram I made along with a flow chart to help with planning : https://ictevangelist.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/03/SAMR-flow-chart.pdf
I think it is definitely worthy of more examples though. It’s easy to just stick to the obvious ones.
