AI in Education is an important consideration for all. From time-saving efficiencies to impactful approaches to help learning and teaching, it’s a powerful tool in a teacher’s arsenal. But what about those in middle and senior leadership? In this post, I explore ways in which AI in Education can help subject leaders.
In order to help me with this resource, I copied in some job descriptions for subject leaders into ChatGPT. Mirroring my thinking, it shared that the five areas most subject leaders need to drill down on in their roles are:
– Communications,
– Staff Development,
– Curriculum Design and Planning,
– Quality Assurance, and
– Resource Allocation.
Based upon that I’ve written the prompts to act as a springboard to help with different activities where AI could help in the various tasks subject leaders undertake in an academic year.
Finally, I’ve also included a few bonus ones that I thought might help.
As I share in the resources, remember, that these aren’t to be taken and used as is. They’re starters for ten to help get the ball rolling. Remember not to include any personal data relating to colleagues or students. Finally, adding information to relate them to your work and context is key.
I hope you find them useful!
